Powers Pyles Sutter & Verville PC is pleased to announce that Powers Knowledge, its online learning platform developed specifically for Community Health Centers by the attorneys and professionals of the firm’s Community Health Centers Team, now offers training programs eligible for Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits through the firm’s registration with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA).

This new offering builds on the firm’s extensive experience advising Community Health Centers, combining practical, specialized education with the opportunity to earn continuing education credits. Through these programs, health center professionals can deepen their understanding of complex regulatory and operational requirements while pursuing their professional development goals.

“The strength of Powers Knowledge lies in the breadth of experience and industry understanding of our Community Health Centers Team,” said Peter W. Thomas, Powers’ Managing Partner. “By offering CPE-eligible training, we’re providing health center professionals with an additional opportunity to benefit from our team’s specialized expertise while earning credits that support their professional development and the organizations they serve.”

“Our attorneys work closely with Community Health Centers across nearly every aspect of their legal and regulatory needs, giving us firsthand insight into the challenges they face and the resources they need to succeed,” said Dianne K. Pledgie, Principal in Powers’ Community Health Centers Team. “Over the past year, we’ve continued to develop Powers Knowledge with those needs in mind, creating training opportunities with a focus on the issues health centers face in practice. We’re excited to build on that foundation with CPE-eligible training and additional enhancements that will provide even greater value to our users.”

Upcoming CPE-Eligible Webinars

Additional CPE-eligible webinars and training opportunities will be announced soon.

To receive CPE credits, participants must attend the live session on its originally scheduled date and remain logged in for at least 50 minutes per credit hour. Participants must also respond to at least three polling questions per credit hour and complete a program evaluation, either at the conclusion of the session or through a link provided in a follow-up email. Attendance is automatically tracked through the Powers Knowledge platform.
