Four Powers Attorneys Named to Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business, 2010 Edition

Powers Pyles Sutter & Verville PC is pleased to announce that partners Mark Fitzgerald, Mary Susan Philp, Robert Saner and Joel Hamme were again selected for the 2010 edition of Chambers USA – America’s Leading Business Lawyers.  New this year, Mark Fitzgerald was selected to the top band of healthcare transactional lawyers nationwide.

Chambers’ rankings were compiled from over 5,000 independent interviews with top business leaders and legal advisors.  Chambers investigated the top firms and lawyers in over 20 areas of commercial law and applied a ranking of 1-6 based on “technical legal ability, professional conduct, client service, commercial astuteness, diligence, commitment, and other qualities most valued by the client.”  Of Powers Pyles Sutter & Verville, the Chambers editors state:
