Whether it’s compliance challenges, strategic growth opportunities, or the latest federal updates, our Health Center Team has you covered. This month, join us for three webinars packed with practical insights and guidance to help your health center navigate today’s evolving landscape.

 September Sessions:

  • Wednesday, September 17 • 3:00 pm | Powers Wednesday (Free)
    • From unpacking the legality and practical effects of the latest Executive Orders to updates on HRSA, FTCA, 340B, CMS, and HIPAA, the Powers Wednesday webinar series returns this fall to provide timely updates and compliance tips from health center attorneys you know and trust.
  • Wednesday, September 24 • 1:00 pm | Strengthening FTCA Risk Assessments:  Addressing Common Deficiencies for 2026 Compliance ($150)
    • In response to 2026 FTCA deeming application reviews, the FTCA Division of HRSA issued a series of warning notices identifying critical deficiencies in health centers’ quarterly risk assessments. This session will provide practical strategies for developing more robust documentation, analysis, and planning to ensure continued FTCA coverage. This session is essential for risk managers, compliance officers, clinical leadership, and anyone involved in preparing or submitting FTCA deeming applications.

  • Tuesday, September 30 • 1:00 pm | Stronger Together: Merger & Acquisition Strategies & the HRSA Successor-in-Interest Process ($150)
    • As health centers respond to financial pressures, seek economies of scale, and aim to expand the reach and scope of their services, many are exploring consolidation strategies—including mergers and acquisitions—as a path to greater sustainability and impact. This session will unpack different consolidation models, guide participants through the process of transferring an H80 award through the Successor-in-Interest process, and explore considerations essential for a smooth and compliant transition. This session is designed for FQHC leadership teams, including CEOs, CFOs, COOs, board members, and HR professionals considering or preparing for a merger, acquisition, or consolidation, as well as those supporting operational and compliance transitions.
