Powers Principals Ronald Connelly and Barbara Williams will be presenting at the Institute on Medicare and Medicaid Payment Issues, hosted by the American Health Law Association (AHLA) from March 22 to March 24. The program centers around legal and regulatory issues related to Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement and is attended by representatives from HHS government agencies such as OIG, CMS, OGC, as well as the DOJ.
During the event, Ronald Connelly will be presenting on “Medicare Graduate Medical Education Reimbursement” and Barbara Williams will be presenting on “Provider-Based Status – Benefits and Challenges.”
