Powers Principal Barbara Straub Williams will present on 340B drug pricing program compliance at the Health Care Compliance Association’s (“HCCA’s”) Healthcare Enforcement Compliance Conference in Washington, DC on Tuesday, November 6, 2018.
Barbara and another panelist will provide an overview of the 340B drug pricing program requirements, identify compliance pitfalls and best practices, and address what 340B providers should do if they discover a compliance issue.
Barbara advises healthcare providers on a wide range of federal and state regulatory programs. She regularly advises clients on compliance with the requirements of the 340B drug discount program and on preparing for, and responding to, 340B audits.
