Powers Principal Barbara Williams will present on a webinar next week on HRSA’s 340B administrative dispute resolution (ADR) regulations that were effective in mid-January and their implications for hospitals.

The webinar, hosted by 340B Health, will discuss the new ADR process, which allows 340B covered entities to pursue claims of 340B overcharges against drug manufacturers and manufacturers to pursue claims against covered entities of alleged violations of certain compliance requirements. The webinar will address how the ADR process works, including how hospitals can file a claim. Barbara will also share her thoughts on the ADR process based on her work with clients, her experiences with other federal agencies’ administrative processes, and the larger 340B landscape.

Barbara will be joined by speakers Greg Doggett of 340B Health and Todd Nova of Hall, Render, Killian, Heath & Lyman, P.C.

The webinar will take place on Wednesday March 10 at 2:00 pm ET. Learn more and register here.
