Jacki will receive the award at the organization’s Second Annual Gala on September 24, 2026, in Bronx, New York.
The Duane Schielke Award recognizes Jacki’s more than four decades of leadership, advocacy, and dedication to community health centers, as well as her longstanding work to expand access to high-quality health care.
Throughout her career, Jacki has been a trusted advocate and advisor to community health centers in New York and across the country. Her work has helped health centers navigate an evolving legal and regulatory landscape while advancing their mission of providing accessible care to the communities they serve.
The award will be presented during Metro Community Health Centers’ Unmasking Health Disparities: A Masquerade for Equity & Impact, an evening focused on advancing health equity and supporting Metro’s work in the communities it serves.
