Moksha Visanagiri is a Non-Attorney Law Clerk in Powers Pyles Sutter & Verville P.C.’s Healthcare Practice Group.

Moksha received her J.D. from The George Washington University Law School in 2026. During law school, she served as a Research Assistant to Professor Laura Richman, Associate Professor of Social Science and Health Law, and was a part of the Health Justice Policy and Advocacy Clinic, where she was a student advocate for local D.C. health organizations. She was also a member of the International Law in Domestic Courts Journal and served on the Moot Court Board.

Before joining Powers as an associate, Moksha participated in the firm’s 2025 Summer Associate Program, where she gained experience across a range of healthcare regulatory and legal matters.

Beyond her legal practice, Moksha is the founder of TeenIn Circle, an initiative within Lean In that creates opportunities for teenagers to engage in conversations about higher education, professional development, and future career pathways. Through the initiative, Moksha has reached more than 900 students in Bangalore, led workshops at schools including Delhi Public School, and spoken at organizations such as Oracle and Intuit.
