Jason advises nonprofit organizations on their unique legal needs—including corporate governance & governing documents, entity formation, fiscal sponsorships, board ethics and operations, receipt and maintenance of tax-exempt status, charitable fundraising regulations, nonprofit collaborations, and advocacy/lobbying rules—along with general corporate law matters spanning contracts, employment issues, intellectual property, risk management, data protection & privacy, artificial intelligence and technology, and other business law matters.
