Andrew Walker is an attorney in Powers Pyles Sutter & Verville's healthcare and litigation practice.

Andrew has over ten years of experience as an attorney and is known for his sound judgment, careful analysis, and strong advocacy. He has represented clients in courts across the country in a wide range of civil litigation, including appellate  and administrative law matters involving complex statutory questions.

Before joining Powers, Andrew worked for over five years at the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC), a federal agency tasked with protecting the retirement security of millions of American workers and retirees. At PBGC, Andrew led several large cases and successfully argued a precedent-setting appeal before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, defending a federal regulation that had been challenged in connection with a multibillion-dollar pension liability dispute.
