Emma Gunter is a Legislative Manager at Powers Pyles Sutter & Verville focusing on healthcare policy and advocacy.

Emma supports clients through coalition coordination, grassroots and social media engagement, and policy analysis at both the state and federal levels.  She is adept at organizing and executing client Hill Days and other congressional engagement initiatives to help clients effectively connect with policymakers.

Before joining Powers in 2024 as a Project Assistant, she graduated cum laude from Villanova University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in Peace and Justice. Her previous experience includes interning with the U.S. House of Representatives and working on a federal congressional campaign.
