Chloe Johnson is a paralegal at Powers Pyles Sutter & Verville PC, where she supports the healthcare litigation team in managing complex statutory matters.

She assists attorneys throughout all phases of litigation, including discovery, deposition preparation, court filings, and oral argument support.

Before joining Powers, Chloe gained experience in commercial litigation, white collar defense, and employment law at both national and regional law firms. She got her start at Maryland Legal Aid in the pro bono department, and additionally served as a paralegal in-house at Amtrak, supporting counsel on a wide range of labor and employment issues. She brings a strong command of federal and state court procedures and is skilled in managing high-volume, fast-paced matters.

Chloe earned her ABA-approved Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from Stevenson University and is currently completing her Master of Arts in Legal and Ethical Studies at the University of Baltimore. She is certified in legal research through Westlaw and LexisNexis and proficient in a wide range of litigation support platforms.
