Her counsel helps organizations design effective legal structures\, policies\, and agreements that mitigate risk\, ensure compliance with federal and state requirements\, and support long-term sustainability and mission alignment. [/tab] [tab title=”Dianne Pledgie” id=”t2″] Dianne Pledgie advises federally qualified health centers\, behavioral health organizations\, and other non-profit entities on compliance program development and implementation. Dianne specializes in privacy and security matters\, including HIPAA\, 42 C.F.R. Part 2\, and the Information Blocking Rule\, assisting clients with policy development\, incident response\, and regulatory compliance. Ms. Riley’s clients include a wide array of nonprofit health care entities\, with a focus on Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) and behavioral health providers. Ms. Riley helps her clients navigate the complex web of programmatic requirements and fraud and abuse laws in the context of implementing transactions between providers.
