Jason Reddish crafts solutions for healthcare providers and pharmacies that meet their needs and satisfy ever-changing regulatory requirements.
Jason focuses on the rapidly evolving federal 340B drug discount program and its myriad impacts on hospitals, pharmacies, managed care plans, private payers, government healthcare programs, and non-hospital safety net providers including Ryan White HIV/AIDS clinics, Hemophilia Treatment Centers, federally qualified health centers, and other federal grantees. In addition to providing sophisticated specialized advice and counsel to his clients, Jason works with industry groups and providers to advocate the needs of 340B program participants and their partners to state, local, and federal legislators and policymakers.
In addition to helping his clients navigate state and federal regulatory mandates, Jason’s practice includes negotiating 340B-related contract pharmacy and administrator agreements and developing compliant policies and procedures for 340B covered entities and contract pharmacies. With a background in litigation, Jason also guides 340B covered entities through the 340B audit process, disputes unfair or unjust audit findings, and prepares corrective action plans to disclose or rectify episodes of non-compliance, if necessary. Jason works directly with government officials and their contractors to resolve problems for his clients.
Additionally, Jason has:
- Negotiated dozens of 340B contract pharmacy agreements with major chains, as well as independent community pharmacies
- Challenged and reversed many unsupported adverse audit findings made by Health Resources and Services Administration against 340B hospitals
- Advocated the interests of 340B covered entities and pharmacies before state and federal legislators and agencies.
