Powers congratulates Shuchi Parikh on her election to the D.C. Bar Health Law Section Steering Committee for a three-year term beginning July 1, 2017.
The members of the steering committee play a vital role in the operation and direction of the Health Law Section by coordinating timely health care programs and participating in community outreach activities.
Shuchi is very active in the D.C. community. In addition to serving on the D.C. Bar Health Law Section Steering Committee, she serves on the D.C. Bar Health Law Section’s New Practitioners Committee and is Co-Chair of the South Asian Bar Association’s Health Law Section.
Shuchi is an Associate in the Powers Pyles Sutter & Verville Healthcare Practice Group. She focuses on drug pricing and reimbursement matters, including the rapidly evolving 340B drug discount program and counsels clients on general compliance and fraud and abuse matters.
